Passengers from SARS Affected Countries

Anyone out there from SARS affected countries travelled to Bangkok lately? What sort of precaution procedures have the local authority implemented? I've heard the airport turns chaos.

I've heard BKK is back to normal now that SARS is finally slowing down.
