Travel to SIN or BKK
 

In view of SARS is it prudent to travel to BKK or SIN with wife and young children? I haven't seen any advisories recommending against travel to these places.

I think you just answered your own question. WHO is not recommending any travel restrictions whatsoever (even to affected countries) but the CDC is a little more cautious.

And if your question is along the lines of "which should it be?" I'd say Bangkok except for the young children part, then I'd say that you'll find more entertainment for them (Zoo, Jurong Bird Park, Sentosa, shady parks in general) in Singapore.

I'd also go so far as to say that in my observation sanitation is somewhat better in Singapore than Bangkok.
