Flight from Bali to El Nido, Philippines

Hi everyone!

In the mid-January of 2026 I will need to fly in SE Asia from DPS (Denpasar), Bali to ENI (El Nido), Philippines. Based on what I found online, there is no direct flight to El Nido, I have to fly to Manila first. And the best combination of two flight legs are by local low budget airlines – Cebu to Manila and AirSwift to El Nido. I tried to look it on some major travel websites (Kayak, Expedia, Momondo) but many of them don’t even recognize ENI code, which probably means that they don’t work with AirSwift. Kayak lists few flights out of Bali on Cebu Airlines, but they ALL red eye, departing 12 or 1 am. Though when I go on Cebu website, I see a flight to Manila at 8:35am, but Cebu doesn’t work with AirSwift, so I can end up having two separate tickets, which I don’t want to. I’d like both legs to be included in one ticket.

Can anybody recommend a reputable online travel agency that works with both airlines mentioned above? And how long in advance I should book these tickets?

Thanks so much for any insights you can provide!

I don't have an answer to your inquire.

I know that AirSWIFT owns & operate the El Nido Airport.
Cebu Pacific recently bought AirSWIFT.
Cebu Pacific said that they will integrate AirSWIFT. However, there is no major hurry to do so.
Cebu Pacific basically want to "own" both the El Nido & Sicogon Airports.

El Nido is a tiny airport with only one obscure airline. Most people going there fly to PPS, but this requires a lengthy transfer. You are currently not able to book DPS to ENI on a single ticket, so you would just need to book each segment separately. Book a flight from MNL or CEB to ENI flight on Air Swift, and then book the flight from DPS to MNL or CEB (preferably the day before to be safe). If you choose MNL and are arriving in T3 (Air Asia, Cebu Pacific), I would pick a hotel (or condo) in the Resorts World complex, so you can simply walk to the hotel upon arrival in MNL. Otherwise, get a hotel as close to T2 as possible (Air Swift). That said, I would say you are five to six months early to be looking at this. The flight schedule to ENI and for LCC will likely change between now and then, which could completely mess up your plans. Booking so far out, I would wait for a very low rate, or book a refundable rate, especially for the flight from DPS to MNL/CEB.

Not helpful for your current situation, but when I visited El Nido in 2010, the only way you could fly to/from El Nido was to either be staying at the El Nido resort or to show up in town and inquire at the local pizza restaurant if they still had seats to fly back to Manila.

I ended up getting a seat on Island TransVoyager (which is what the airline was called at the time) on a Dornier 228.

Thank you ALL for your input! I will wait few more month and then return to my search for the ticket.

also, since your flight is 2026 only, watch out for Manila operations:
