minor arriving in TPE ok?

My daughter (18) will be flying with my son (15) from SEA-TPE on Starlux. We will be in TPE to meet them. He’s not an unaccompanied minor of course. But from a passport control/visa standpoint, are there any concerns about him traveling USA-TPE without his parent? Again we will be in TPE to meet them, if any questions arise there. I’m thinking more about leaving SEA I guess.

I think it depends on the airline. For example, Delta says: Children ages 15-17 are permitted to travel as a standard passenger, Go to footer note, provided they can present a valid ID to security personnel. If parents or guardians prefer, they can also travel as an unaccompanied minor.
