Plan to spend 4 nights in Manila this February visiting extended family. Will be staying with my wife and our 3 year old daughter and also booking a separate room for her family.
Considering Conrad due to my Diamond status, but open to recommendations. Conrad seems nice, but does not seem to have a kids pool. Okada, Sofitel, Shangri-La Fort, Marriot Manila are on the shortlist as well. Main concern is family friendliness and location, ease of access to malls etc. Thank you for any insights!

Conrad is a gorgeous property right on the waterfront and connected to MOA (plenty of options for food and shopping within easy walking distance). It is also very close to MNL, which is always a plus. We were also visiting extended family and they really enjoyed walking around the hotel and surrounding area, as they rarely make it over that way.

When I was visiting very often (2 to 3 times a year), I would stay at what is now known as the Manila Pavilion, for a time it was a Holiday Inn. I liked the closeness to the U.S Embassy and there was a mall a few blocks away. The last few trips we stayed at a few hotels near the SM Mall of Asia. A lot closer to the Airport and we could walk to the Mall very easily.
Alas, it has been since Christmas 2019 since my last visit. I am planning to go this upcoming March as my son should be graduating College.
