KLIA VIp Service?

Anyone tried this out? https://www.myairportfasttrack.com/services/

Departure includes:
  • Meet and greet at curbside level 5 at door no.3
  • Buggy service at satellite (International Arrival or Departure Hall) only
  • Immigration fast lane
  • Baggage assistance
  • Lounge access for 3 hours with light refreshment & free flow beer
  • Escort to curbside to limousine transfer
  • Airport transfer from home to airport
It doesn't specify if I get a car transfer directly to the plane, or do I need to queue at the gate like everyone else? If I'm travelling business class, don't I get access to immigration fast lane anyway?

I think you should resign yourself to joining the rest of us waiting at the gate. You will, however, have the distinction of arriving at the gate in a buggy

And yes, there is a dedicated passport line for premium-class arrivals.

Ah that's a shame. I've used the Singapore VIP service before and that was great with a car from the lounge to the jetbridge skipping the gate. Shame KLIA doesn't offer the same service.

Singapore has the 'special" lounge, and something of a history of looking after people willing to spend their cash. I just can't see a Malaysian institution acting in that way. I've travelled a few times with royals in the cabin and though some were met at the aircraft doors by smart suits, all of them made their own way through the airport.

Maybe you could ask the service provider for details: it could be that they are pulling out all the stops, and I'd hate you to miss out
