Cebu/Mactan Beach hotels?

I have some business in the area and I'm contemplating staying at one or more of

Shangri-La
Dusit Thani - the website is pretty sparse on this one
Sheraton Cebu Mactan

Does anyone have any thoughts or comments on any of these properties ( or any other nearby resorts )?
