No testing for the vaxx'd, a rapid test within 48 hours of departure for the unvaxx'd.

My question is, do they still take up a page for visas?

For visa on arrival, yes they do. E-visa is an option though, and you'd probably only get a stamp then (not 100% certain though).

Various options from BKK, SIN, ICN, HAN to VTE (Vientiane). As far as I know no other airports are receiving international flights yet, but pre-covid LPQ (Luang Prabang) and PKZ (Pakse) had some international flights.
