Reliable car service and hotel in Sri Lanka

Planning a trip to Sri Lanka in February. Any recommendation for a reliable car service to drive from Comobo to Tangalle? Also, need a recommendation for hotel in Kandy. Clean and air conditioned if possible. TIA
