Grab app
 

I set up an grab app account and get welcome email thru my email address using my US Tmobile simcard with my US phone number. The account set up is completed
However, when I try to open the Grab app on my phone to see how it works, it can not go thru. So I need help with instruction how to I set up the grab account on my cell phone.
I wonder
a) I can not complete the set up because I do not have the correct sim card.
b) If someone know how to set up Grab or make it works with cell phone, please help.

I need the grab app account to order ride within Bali and Kuala Lumpur area.

There was a post about this before. I believe the answer was that when you arrive in the country it will work, but outside Grab's area of operations it won't open. You should be fine. You might search back aways to see the discussion.

Yes, that was me who asked it couple of weeks ago. Also Tmobile US number. I'll try to use it next week in Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia. Hopefully it will work then.

Grab has geofencing - will not work in countries where it does not operate.
