Oh, indeed, it's great idea. I applaud offering this to FT'ers going down to EZE.

I'm just saying that if you travel a lot, having an "expendable" phone to use outside the US is a good idea. Getting a Movistar or Claro chip is quite easy, and I think most anyone could handle that part of it.

Yeah, the Movistar chips are very easy to get. Besides the official localtions there are also grey market dealers selling already activated cards (at least here in Cordoba).
