Aerolineas Argentina schedule change on booked ticket

A few weeks ago, I booked r/t AEP-IGR directly on AR's website for December 2023 (Flex rate). Email confirmations came through with ticket numbers. The issue is the outbound. I was booked on AR 1738 which was scheduled to leave AEP at 5:50am (email confirms this). When I look at the reservation online now, it shows that we are still booked on AR 1738 but now it is EZE-IGR leaving on 12/25 at 3:05pm. The time does not work for us and when I try to change the flight online it only gives me flight options if I try to change the return, too. But the fares have increased. I've never flown AR before so I don't know my options if a flight is changed or cancelled. I tried calling their US numbers as well as using Whatsapp to call their Argentina number - I can't get through to any of them. Any suggestions? Or just book the change and pay the fare difference?

Have you called the Florida line at (305) 648-4100?
When they switched a number of our flights without notice, I called this number and left a voicemail. They called back and were very helpful.
We've had some trying times working around the schedule changes with Aerolineas in the past but something about life handing you lemons and all that.....
Hopefully they can assist and you get the (revised) flights without incurring any additional costs.

wish I did that, instead since AR flys into an airport near us we simply went to the airport and dealt with things there

Thank you. I tried the 305 # several times yesterday and today and when the system transfers me to the dept, I'm on hold for 3-4 minutes before getting disconnected (no option to leave voice mail).
Thank you for letting me know about the voice mail. I just tried again and this time, I got a voicemail option (I don't what was different this time). Hopefully, they'll be able to adjust the flights for me.
