Reciprocity Fee for Canadians
Someone please confirm we need to pay Reciprocity Fee to enter Argentina? is there any other requirement for tourist (Canadian Citizens) ?

I don't find very clear requirements in their immi website and still it says we need to pay Reciprocity fee

Based on the Consulate General in Toronto website, that finished in 2018.

So what does that mean? Canadians can just show up at Argentine immigration, get a visa on arrival, and that's it? Is there an exit stamp?

That's correct no reciprocity fee for Canadians. All you need the passport with valid time period that's it and they don't stamp at entry or exit.
