Another General Strike - 29th May

The CGT Labor Union has called another General Strike - this time its on 29th May .

If it does take place it will have affect transport but watch this space as government and Unions negotiate . But Union leader Hector Daer , said it was going ahead no matter what.

AA is normally unaffected as they do their own handling.

Not too sure about surface transportation though

No buses , trains or subway service apparently.

Banks and state schools closed.

Looks fairly serious...

I have a meeting in town and have been asked to dress down... well we would do anyway ....

Just spotted that Aeromexico is arriving and depatung on schedule today at EZE . Obviously their handling is carried out by the non state controlled company . Not sure if they do it themselves or have someone else do it.

Flybondi operated a full programme of domestic flights plus its Asuncion rotation at El Palomar.- Jetsmart cancelled their domestic and SCL flights.
