Lounge access at EZE for TAM Paraguay (PZ)?

Lounge access at EZE for TAM Paraguay (PZ)?
TAM is a Oneworld member, but their subsidiary TAM Paraguay (PZ) is not yet. I have a flight from EZE to GIG on PZ. I'm guessing that this would mean no lounge access for me as a Oneworld Emerald, but looking for others who may have tried and been given access to the LAN (or less likely) AA lounge at EZE.

Had a short visit to the LAN lounge last week when I departed EZE.... looked nice !!! ^
