Getting there in Lie-Flat Seats (EZE)

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone can point me to which airlines/aircraft fly east coast USA to EZE with lie-flat seats? We have accumulated a lot of points in several different programs so I'm interested in all the options. I started to look and some United flights have lie-flat and some don't. We are trying to go around March sometime so if you know of airlines that will have converted to lie-flat seats by then, that info is also appreciated.

Thanks!
Marli

Any UA 3 cabin flying there (763s) will have a lie flat F and C cabin. LAN will have a lie flat premium business cabin on all their aircraft. AA has lie flat F on 3 cabin planes - on the 2 cabin, I'm not sure if they've changed the seats. AC has lie flat from YYZ (however, you'll have a stop @ SCL).

Thanks Eastbay!

UA is about to change its 3-cabin 763 to a 2-cabin 763 serving EWR-EZE. Both configurations have lie-flat seats in BusinessFirst.

What a confusing name for the cabin.

Do the 763 changes also apply to their flights out of houston?

Not so far. Still no lie-flat seats shown on next year's timetable IAH-EZE.

UA have just announced they are changing IAH-EZE from Continental 767's to United 767's. The Continental planes on the route now do not have lie flat beds. And UA's 767's have seating plans both with and without lie flats. As I'm flying that route in January I am anxious to know if the new planes mean I'll get a bed.

Thanks guys!

I can see IAH seems to have them on some, wish they all had it.

I just checked my IAH-EZE flight and I asked on the UA forum and the flight is with lie flat beds. That will give me a nice nap on the way down from IAH.:)^

Good news but be aware that UA do tend to change equipment at the drop of a hat.
We were expecting old F on our UA flight and were pleased to see it was new F that was substituting. That was on a 777 on the ORD-GRU route so maybe the 767s are more reliable.

The UA 763s were 100% guaranteed the same int'l config until the merger. Now, you've got the possibility of a sub.

You may get lucky with Delta from ATL, depending on when you go. They used flat bed 764's for a while, now back to cradle seat 763's, but switching to flat bed Airbus soon...

From the US?
Only a fanatical mile runner would go via Dubai. :D

Word of warning.......I read over in the CowDo thread that UA have been messing about with their equipment to EZE so it might be wise to check just what they're using. I think they have done away with the F cabin but regular UA flyers will know better.
