Lounge Access
I am flying into EZE on the morning of Sat 2nd Feb and have two hours to kill while waiting for someone coming in from JFK. I am an Exec Plat and flying C on AA. Will I be able to access the AAdmirals club or another one world club? If not can anyone suggest a good place at the airport to hang out for a few hours? Also I am taking a private flight out of EZE later that morning is there anything I should know about getting over to the private terminal?
BTW this is my first time into EZE. Thanks. |
Arrivals have no lounge access - you are filtered right down to immigration. There isn't much in the landside part of that terminal - there may be a place to go get a bite and a coffee (you may have to go back upstairs).

Thanks...Is it possible to get a pass to go back to the lounge?

As an addenda, the U.S. is one of the very few (only?) places in the world where international flights leave from domestic gates. Just about every other country I know considers you to have departed the country once you go through procedures to get into the airside area and re-entering requires you to go through the entry procedures again.
There are very limited circumstances where one gets into the international area and can leave w/o entry procedures (namely, U.K. for one or two terminals at LHR? and Australia) but under strict control. |
Yes no lounge access but after you come out of customs and into the arrivals area there is a cafe ahead and to your right which is always much quieter than the one in the main check-in area.
I would hang about there till your friend arrives. |
All the above said, you really do not miss anything with the lack of lounge access... in EZE all lounges have very limited/poor facilities.... forget anything like the arrivals perks you get in FRA, or SIN, or even the arrivals by United in ORD....
EZE is a friggen´ disgrace it pains me to say... :( |
Thanks for the advice

Just to post a quick follow up there are two cafes and a Mcdonalds someone can wait at if they have time to kill.

Yes but then again any decent lounge in FRA or SIN (to name any two examples) will also give you free booze.... Heck, I love EZE the city but our airport is pathetic.... :(

One perk that the EZE lounges (at least the AA Admirals Club) has that others around the world don't is pour-all-you-can-drink Malbec!
For the first time in quite some time, I'll be leaving EZE at peak hours - maybe I'll use the Priority Pass to get into the RCC, where it will likely be a bit calmer. |
