Auto Train Question

can you take a stroller or car seat on the auto train?
are there any outlets on the auto train?

I'm not quite sure why you'd want to take a stroller into the actual passenger coaches, as you won't be able to use it on board, but I'd expect that they wouldn't stop you from doing so. It would have to be stored in the luggage area downstairs in the car, or in the overhead rack if you're sitting in coach. But I'd recommend leaving it in your car/SUV rather than bringing it onboard the coaches.

A car seat can indeed be brought on board if you would prefer to keep your child in said seat.

As for outlets, I believe that most of the coaches used now on the Auto Train do have power at the seats, but I won't swear to it. If you're in a sleeper, outlets are in every room.

It might be handy for getting on and off the train, but once on board you won't need it.

Or, just leave the baby at home. I had a crying kid on my train this morning and its miserable for everyone else. Save your money, the kid isn't going to remember Disneywhatever anyway.
