Post amtrak club acela pass

I got coupon for 10%off or one day pass to the acela lounge. I was wondering if i use the pass for the acela lounge and go in but wait for co worker who is meeting me in the lounge with no pass amtrak ticket in first class or is a select member. Can that person come into the lounge as my guest?

I'm now aware that there's a specific rule on that. My guess is that it will be up to the agent, and it depends on the lounge. You should have no problem in BOS as the lounge is the least used, and the agents are the nicest. NYP and WAS being more crowded unless it is specifically permitted you may have less luck there. There's no harm in trying...

The pass does specifically say "ClubAcela entry valid for bearer and immediate family members or one non-family guest traveling together."

Are you traveling together on the same train?
