This has a lot of restrictions but may help someone. It came in my Hhonors statement.

Promotion code H265 is valid for 30% off the best available rail fare and H266 is valid for 35% off the best available rail fare when booked online at www.amtrak.com. Double Amtrak Guest Rewards points will be awarded for promo codes H265 and H266. These offers are valid for sale 03-01-03 to 04-30-03 and valid for travel 03-04-03 to 05-22-03. Blackouts apply to the following dates- 04-17-03 thru 04-21-03. Reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to travel.
