Voucher system not working?

All I've gotten for some time when trying to apply vouchers is a message "Something wrong with our System. Please try again" (exactly as between quotes).

Does anyone have any idea how to resolve? Thanks.

Mine worked fine last week on the web but not on the app. If you're having that issue on both, I'd call AGR.

Thanks. Failed on website & app; failed just now when talking to Julie, the automated assistant who takes 12 minutes to set up a reservation to the point of applying a voucher. Worked fine with a live agent about 10 minutes later, after a promised 15 minute wait to speak to a human and another 2 minute hold after getting a human. YMMV, I guess, ... unfortunately I have a cart full of vouchers ... and no resolution on the underlying issue.

( P.S. : if only I could bypass the 10 minutes with "Julie!" -- I'll try next time. )
