What info do Amtrak employees see about passengers
I was recently recognized on the Acela Express by an on-board employee (who had handled two recent but very short trips that I had taken).
I assume that he just has an excellent memory, but do Amtrak employees (both onboard and other) see detailed information about passengers, such as their Guest Rewards status and travel history, before trips?
I would assume that reservations agents would, but do on-board staff?
