Amtrak Announces Major Update to Mobile App Sep 2019

Version 4.0 brings significant new functionality to the app and allows travelers to book trips on the app using Amtrak Guest Rewards points. It also allows users to save credit card information to an Amtrak Guest Rewards profile from the app.
The new version also supports the viewing and editing of profile information including coupons and vouchers, and it allows travelers to purchase parking when booking travel.
Other new features include the ability to book Auto Train tickets directly from the app. The Auto Train service that operates between Washington, D.C. and Orlando, Florida, allows passengers to travel with their vehicles on board the train.
