AGR Tier Status Bonuses -- Are They TQPs?

Hey everyone,

Simple question, I've searched all over but can't seem to find an answer. When you reach Select status, you a 25% bonus on points earned through Amtrak travel. (50% at Select Plus, 100% at Select Executive). Are these bonus points Tier Qualifying Points? For example, if I hit Select and bought a regular coach ticket for $100, I know I would get 250 points, but would I get 250 TQPs? Or just 200 TQPs?

I'm used to bonuses generally not being status-qualifying. But after taking some Business Class trips I've noticed that the class-of-service bonus points are tier-qualifying.

On a previous trip where I earned the Select Plus bonus, NO TQP's were earned. Double Days points are also NOT TQP. The Business Class Type bonus points were TQP however.
