To all - where it concerns an AGR (loyalty) account issue specifically, such as logging into your AGR account, viewing your points and coupons, making redemptions, etc., please call us at 1-800-307-5000 and describe the issue in detail so we can open a ticket for your account with our IT team. It is the best way for the issue to be corrected.
Thanks,
Anthony

Indeed, he's been missed with zero posts in the past five months, until the one above which, you are now apparently informing us, is his farewell. Whatever; good luck to Anthony.

Been struggling today! Trying to book a trip with points and it seems system is down. I enter the trip info and get a "system Down" error. Tells me to call instead.
Others having this issue? I tried both Chrome and IE from my PC.
Thanks.

I can log in and view my account but then I keep getting an error message like I've never seen before on any website:
> The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.
> Your support ID is: < a 20-digit number >
This happens with Safari, Chromium and Firefox.
URL 'rejected' ??? By whom?
'Administrator' ? Does it mean my ISP?
Who generated this 'support ID' anyway?
Have to say I'm baffled here. Anybody got a clue?
TIA

At what point is the error appearing? What are you clicking on to get it?
If it's still occurring a few hours later, you may want to report it to Amtrak, though honestly, I don't know what is the best way you can get feedback to the proper channel...Amtrak's email support has gone downhill in recent years.
