Missing AGR Points for Oct 2014 travel

Missing AGR Points for Oct 2014 travel

There seems to be a black hole in AGR where points have been gobbled up. Several people, including myself, are reporting on another forum that they have not received points for travel on 10/8 through 10/12.

I am also missing the 10/16 2nd leg of a trip from TOL-WIL.

I got sucked into the same black hole. No points yet for EVR-VAC and return for 10/8.

Ditto here. Points posted for a trip on the day they had the computer meltdown but no trips since.

Same here. Nothing posted for an Acela trip NYP-WAS on 10/12. I sent in a missing points request this mornin.

The points are trickling in today. And now I think I'm just missing my last leg of my 11 day trip (WAS-WIL).

Same here, I contacted Amtrak (sent an email with the info) and the points were added.

From the Amtrak Guest Rewards program terms: "Points will be credited to a Member's account up to 3 weeks after the completion of the Member's Amtrak trip."

There is no need to submit a missing points request until this time frame has been exceeded.
