Cool A new and improved Amtrak Guest Rewards website is coming!

Hi everyone,

We're excited to announce a new and improved Amtrak Guest Rewards website will be going live this week!

There are no program changes occurring as part of this redesign -- it is just one of the many ways we are continually improving the member experience with new and emerging technologies. We've done a lot of work updating the look and feel of the site with responsive technology, which adapts seamlessly to the size and capabilities of your computer or mobile device. In addition, we've simplified the navigation, made it easier to find the most popular information, and redesigned the redemption travel pages -- including the zone map. Many of these changes were in response to insights gained from market research and member feedback.

We look forward to hearing from you as we roll out our new online presence! I'll be monitoring this thread after the launch, so please feel free to write.

Best regards,

Anthony Rizos

I notice it says zone map has been redesigned. Hopefully with city names now.

Looks like it's up today.

Bad: The rendering is off on Chrome when in normal view. The text doesn't space out correctly and overlaps in places unless you zoom out.

Good: I like that the TQP's are highlighted in the Transactions list. Not having to hold the mouse in the same spot to keep the drop-down menu visible is another nice enhancement.

On Mozilla unless I zoom out some of the words inside the blue boxes do not appear. For example the double days box Total statement is double points on Amtrak travel. I see Double points. I have to do ctrl - to see all the words but then I have trouble reading the words in smaller font that are not in the blue boxes

Hi ne52 - can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing in Chrome? Also, the browser version would be great. Thanks.

Hi darben - can you share the version number of Mozilla (Firefox?) you're using? Also, the type of device (computer, tablet, smartphone) and operating system? If you can also share a screenshot, it would be a big help. Thank you.

Great work on the newly-designed AGR web site. Any thought given to making the three different zones, "expandable" when clicking on them, as in more detail/blow-up? Minor nit, but I miss from past version(s) ago.

Really great work.

Browsing history is different from the actual cache of pages -- can you verify if both were cleared?

Thanks!
