I'm stuck at 92% myself. AFAICT, I have filled out everything except giving them a second mailing address. Do they want to mail me stuff at work...or am I supposed to buy a second house so that I have an alternate mailing address? Weird.
I was stuck at 92% as well... Added an "office" address (the same as home) and now I'm 100%! I'll sleep better tonight.

Ohhh only 78% complete for Yours Truly. I've tried several times to bring the number up but have never succeeded. It had stopped bothering me too until this thread!

I was at 68% complete and changed my gender from [blank] to "male." I went to 60% complete. I switched gender back to [blank] and went back to 68% complete. I guess AGR believes some info is TMI!

Why does AGR profile show 92% complete?

Hi,

I think to have filled in Amtrak Guest Rewards profile completely.

However it still shows 92% complete.

Just a glitch or have I really overlooked something?

Who knows how that thing works (or why it's even there to begin with).

You probably left out some vital profile info, like the ages of your pets and your veterinarian's home fax number or something.

With AGR it's everything is needed to get 100%. So even if you don't have an office number, put your home phone in, same with addressed and the such. Fill in every box and you will get 100%. Now as to what that gets you? 0%
