I wonder where that membership rewards account went - it must be huge!

That and I hope they look into all those charities that were given tens of thousands of dollars via credit card.

He also had some Centurion cards though if you read through. I do not see the annual fee on those. Anyone else?

I found the two centurion business accounts aswell, and no I couldn't see the membership fee!

Surprising, isn't it?

I was expecting to see a few full fare "F" tickets that cost $10,000+ but didn't see any.

Virtually none of the charges of these statment were made with card -55001 which was the one issued to Bernie Madoff; the activity is on the supplementary cards. However, if you look at the rewards summary near the end of each statement you can see that there were a pair of Centurion cards linked to the same Membership Rewards account, but billed separately. I would guess that the card -92003 was the one he used.

Aside the from amounts, these could be John Doe's statements -- lots of random stuff...airplane tickets, restaurants, drugstores, gas, etc. Netflix?
