Back in Jan I got a new Amex Biz Plat card and last week I bought some UA tickets on it. Noticed a $9.95 BAGGAGE INSURANCE PREMIUM 800-645 charge on my card. From what I'm guessing is that I still have the premium baggage insurance (might of transferred over from my SPG Amex). I assume it's still active? It doesn't seem like anyone can still sign up for this. Any info online about the benefits?

A bit nuts, but I had registered for the program more than a decade ago on one of my Amex cards and a few days ago I see the first charge from Amex on Hilton Aspire card. I must have booked several tickets on my Amex Platinum and other cards and have never seen this charge in the last couple of years. Is this program still active for people who had already registered and has anyone seen this charge recenty?
