Qualify for Centurion (in NL)
 

Hi everyone,

I contacted AmEx here in Holland a couple of times, and I received contradictory information on how to qualify for Centurion:

1) one rep told me that I need at least 10.000 EUR per month of spending on one credit card for 12 consecutive months (=120.000 EUR = more or less 170.000 USD in one year). In May they decide whom to send the offer for Centurion, so the 12 months should end in April;

2) another rep told me that AmEx considers all expenses on all my AmEx's credit cards in one year. The total amout in the whole year (120.000 EUR) is important, not the minimum 10.000 each month.


Has anybody any clue about the exact way the decide to whom send the offer for Centurion?

Wat ik zover heb gehoord is, dat ze proberen om de Centurion wat exclusiever te houden door hogere eisen te stellen.

120.000 when considering all AmEx's cards, or only one?
What about the partner card (different name, but charged on my bank account)?
Are its charges counted towards the 120K, or only the expenses on cards bearing my name?

Just one credit card account including all additional cards p/a € 120.000
