Largest MR Rewards Claim
Has anybody had a significant rewards claim beyond an international flight segment upgrade? Beyond 100,000 points. I have read lots about upgrades, but have never read on here about anybody getting a private jet membership voucher or plasma TV. Does anybody have an interesting points claim or amazing vacation paid entirely by points?
Come on Platinum and Centurion Card holders, you must have some stories about exotic rewards.

plenty of people on FT redeem for large numbers of RT F and J tickets. SQ is an example of being very easy to burn. someone recently said they just got 2 270K tickets.
private jet awards arent bad
by invitation only redemptions are becoming a lot more reasonable
paying for a vacation with the 1% cashback isnt the greatest use, even a lot of the retail stuff is better than that. even transferring to starwood is probably better in many instances.
there are also some really great deals for retail/events now too, i linked it somewhere recently. like by invitation only redemptions it was a case of the discounts increasing, not a new category etc being added.

Not necessarily the best bang for points, but definitely a lot of fun!

6 rooms 5 nights each, 30 nights total (SPG points, 240k points)
(listed may not be exact points, but you get the point)

Don't hold your breath. CO Insider stated over on the CO board that he doesn't expect the transfer bonus to happen this year.
