MR to Marriot
 

I am interested in using my MR points for Marriot. I did a search but didn't find anything recently that would suggest that this is possible. Is this true? Anyone have some advice?

unfortunately it is not possible, however you can redeem points for a few marriott properties, like several marriott timeshare properties. (as well as ritz carlton of course)

It is no longer possible to transfer Membership Rewards points directly to Marriott Rewards, however there are ten Marriott awards available with Membership Rewards points, ranging from $100 Marriott Bonus Bucks Coupon for 10,000 points, to stays at varying levels of properties for 30-60,000 points per night, to a week in Aruba for 400,000 points ...
