Windsor Court (New Orleans) and Trianon Palace (Versailles) were in FHR long before 2013, apparently out and then in again.

In fact, I remember Windsor Court making great efforts for FHR several months after Hurricane Katrina when they were struggling to stay open, with staff from other Oreint Express Hotels and elsewhere staying in the hotel. It was an interesting time to be there.

going back to turnberry, it also changed owners and management companies. because starwood franchises luxury collection. the same quarter turnberry reopened as luxury collection, the number of starwood's franchised luxury collection in europe/africa/middle east increased by 1 hotel and 206 rooms. reopening press release says 211 rooms.

In late October, Amex added a bunch of new hotels to FHR. The printed book won't be available until March, and their site is horrible for browsing to see these hotels. Most of these hotels are bookable now (although the Ritz Paris seems to be still under construction, even though it's now in FHR!)

11 of these hotels are Waldorf Astoria and Conrad, as part of the new Amex partnership with Hilton

Yup - there's likely to be some missing. e.g. the FHR site currently doesn't allow you to search for 'Maldives', so if they've added more than the Jumeirah Dhevanafushi that I just noticed isn't in the list I posted(!) I can't find it.
