TAP Air Portugal flights not bookable with Amex Travel?

TAP Air Portugal flights not bookable with Amex Travel?
I can’t find a single TAP Air flight on Amex Travel, nor can the Amex Travel call center who claims they sell TAP Air flights. Does anyone know if this is a temporary glitch or permanent? Amex is a partner with TAP for miles transfers and upgrades so you would think they sell the airfare too. Plus, Capital One Travel, Priceline and everyone else has TAP Air flights for sale. This sucks because I want to use the pay yourself back 35% rebate for MR points on business class seats but I have to book with Amex Travel to do this.

No input on using Amex Travel for TAP, but TAP is not a Membership Rewards transfer partner, at least for US card holders.
