FAQ
Q: Where is the lounge?
A: Terminal 3, F concourse, right by Gate F2 (formerly gate 75) and the F-1 security checkpoint (that has PreCheck, sometimes).

Q: Can I visit there if I'm departing from another terminal?
A: Absolutely. Security at SFO will let passengers departing from any concourse at SFO go through security in any concourse, even ones that aren't connected behind security. At the moment, concourses C, D, E, F, and G are all connected airside to the Centurion lounge. From boarding areas A or B you would have to clear security twice. For the most up-to-date info, see Connecting in SFO thread in the FlyerTalk San Francisco forum.

Q: Can I visit if I'm arriving at SFO?
A: Centurion Lounges no longer offer access on arrival.

Right before Covid started the machine was stocked quite well.. I remember enjoying a Chateau Montelena Chardonnay 2018 among some other Napa and Sonoma Reds that were quite memorable

Centurion Lounge SFO is only offering to-go meals today. They're doing renovations. I only found out after arriving from UA 2.

Are they still serving drinks? That's more important to me than the food. Pre-covid they would serve drinks as early as 8am or 830am. A few weeks ago, I think they said they won't serve alcohol until 10 or 1030am?

Seems like there might be a lot of this. The expansion is in the space behind the kitchen. I would imagine this renovation involves removing walls there, and that will be disruptive to the existing space.

Yes, they are. I was at the Centurion Lounge SFO on Tuesday, and they were open for food and drinks. I don't know what time they start serving drinks.

Is there space for expansion behind the kitchen? It's not obvious to me. I was there on Tuesday night, and it wasn't apparent to me if construction was taking place! The grab-and-go is a total joke. It was more like a snack, and the server will give you a drink. I opted for orange juice.

Not sure, but I think that’s the only direction possible for expansion.

Hopefully, future disruptions will be minimal as they expand this lounge. I prefer the food at SFO CL to DEN CL.

Wow! In my opinion DEN is way better than SFO in food, drinks, ambiance and staff!

DEN is nicer because it's newer and bigger. It also has nicer views. I really like the green curry soup and the chicken at SFO, though. Just my opinion.

We tried the Centurion at SFO yesterday (Sunday) at noon. The line was around 50 people long. We turned and went back to Intl Terminal G, where I had the world's smallest Manhattan (maybe 80-100ml?) at the UC. This expansion is sorely needed - although maybe another smaller club elsewhere in the terminal would have been more convenient.

after going to the distillery in Lexington Kentucky I have a fondness for Evan Williams which is the bourbon that United pours in their clubs. They don’t allow doubles no matter how much you tip, but you can keep on ordering one after another if you like. It’s the house pour so there’s no charge. It’s funny that the bartenders in the G lounge never say thank you

Will try our luck tomorrow at 9am. Hopefully the line won't be too long.
