Delta Reserve Card - have held for several years. Annual spend approx. $30,000.
No retention offer. Downgraded to Delta AmEx Platinum rather than cancelling because I need the MQD waiver to retain Platinum status with Delta next year and I already have SkyClub access through my regular AmEx Platinum card.

Hilton Aspire
Hilton Aspire, about 2K a year in spend. I was offered 80000 Hilton points after $4K spending. I took it after I stacked the 10000 points offer.

AMEX Platinum Vanilla - Had a little over $30k spend last year. Was offered 20k points for 3k spend. >15 months ago I took a 40k points offer no spend, so a little disappointed in this year. I asked for 40k points with 4k spend but the chat rep said this was the only offer.
Nonetheless, took the offer. I use all the little benefits for the AMEX Platinum so it works out. Rep ran the numbers and said I received over $700 in benefits.

Amex Aeroplan card, 10K spent this year. Had card for 15 months, no offer was offered
Maybe because I said I was going to use my cobalt instead when they asked for reason.

AMEX platinum - Annual spend $79,500. Called for retention offer.. Nothing offered and so cancelled the card. I was given bonus earlier this year when I complained of high fees (30k points).

Thanks! I've been browsing for ages and finally decided to contribute.
I was definitely pleased with the offer as I wasn't expecting one. I've seen DPs as high as 55K for $4K spend but beggars can't be choosers.

My AF posted this month. I logged on to the account and talked via chat. I told them that I do not use the card that much and I was interested in closing the account, however I would be interested in a retention offer.
Sorry, it is 10K points.

That was quite a difference, lol, I guess I won't get my hopes up. Did you still have to make 4K in spend to get the 10? That would not be worth it to me at all.

I'm confused. Were you offered a 10k or 80k retention offer? You mentioned that you stacked offers, so I'm wondering what offer did you stack with what offer?
