Amex Plan it Offering $0 Fees Right Now for Targeted Accts
This appears to be targeted probably on credit worthiness, but based off a tip on reddit, I and several others are seeing this. If you aren't worried about your credit score changing and/or your can absorb the higher reported balance, you may be able to use your money elsewhere and earn a few bucks and you can always pay off early.
