Does the four card limit apply to multiple BBP cards for different EINs?

I have three small businesses with 3 separate tax IDs. All are partnerships. I was thinking of moving the business cards to Amex from Chase Ink, but if all three businesses would count towards my 4 card limit, I may want to either get a business charge card or two, or rethink the move.

Personally I am already at 2/4 for credit and 2/10 for charge.

Four card limit is across all your personal and business credit cards.

Business cards are issued to individuals, not to companies.

The limit is on credit cards, not charge cards.

Oops! That's what I thought I wrote -- thanks for noticing. Fixed.
