Adding authorized user not working
I received an offer to add authorized users on my Gold card, with a bonus of 5k after 500 spent, that will expire on 07/31.
For the past two weeks I've been trying to complete the process, but it always get stuck on the validate your digit card id. I type the four numbers and click on validate, it ticks the number but don't move forward, on either Firefox, Edge, Chrome, desktop or cellphone.
Does anyone have faced this problem or have any hint?

Yes, only by applying through the link provided on the e-mail.
Also yes, cleaning cache, cookies...
I received the e-mail on march, don't if that's the issue, even though the offer hasn't expired.
