FHR Experience Las Vegas Hotels only (2020 - 2023)
I am going to in late Feb. for 3 nights. I was thinking of doing first night as FHR at Nomad and then last 2 nights on an MLife deal with one of the nights comped. I have a couple of questions. Has anyone done this? I know I might have to change rooms and I'm fine with that but just trying to decide if it's worth it. I like that they offer a F&B credit instead of spa so for first night dinner and breakfast the next morning it seems like it will offset the price. Does anyone know what the F&B options are there for the benefit? Has anyone stayed there on an FHR? Did you get an upgrade? I'd appreciate any experience or help you can give. I didn't see anything really listed for Nomad.

Hotel: Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas
Room: Booked City View King Bed Checkin: Checked in around noon, ~5min wait in the line Upgrade: Upgraded to Strip View King Bed Late Checkout: Used, checked out in the very last minute Breakfast Credit:$30 per person (2 people) at Zen Kitchen Credits: $125 property credit was used at Zen Kitchen Comment: Food from Zen Kitchen is mediocre at best, but their desserts are delicious, and I ended up going in the morning and asking if they could serve desserts. The waitress was confused but able to serve the desserts on the regular menu after confirming with the chef. If you are Hilton Gold/Diamond member, you will receive $25 per person (2 people) in addition to the $30 per person. For one night stay, you will get $30*2+$25*2+$125=$235 food credit, which is a lot! Hotel: Cosmopolitan Las Vegas Room: Booked City Room Checkin: Checked in around 4:30 PM in the autograph lounge, no wait in the line Upgrade: Upgraded to "One Bedroom City Suite" (see below) Late Checkout: Used, checked out in the very last minute Breakfast Credit: Complimentary Buffet for two in the Wicked Spoon Credits: $100 spa credit was unused because they are fully booked and cannot do spa pass during the holiday season Comment: The "One Bedroom Suite" is HUGE (>1000 sq.ft), and I cannot even find it on the website (I stayed at 1855 FYI). It is at the end of the hallway in the Cheasla tower, and it combines two city studios into one suite. It could easily fit 4+ people as there is a sofa bed in the living room. Although it says city suite, you have the fountain view from the living room, and the view is excellent! Not sure if my Titanium status from Marriott helps or not, but it is definitely beyond my expectation. Hotel: Nomad Las Vegas Room: Booked Classic King Checkin: Checked in around noon, no wait in the line Upgrade: Upgraded to Grande Suite Late Checkout: Used, checked out in the very last minute Breakfast Credit: $30 per person (2 people) at Zen Kitchen Credits: $100 F&B credit was used at Eataly Comment: The suite looks lovely, and you have the freestanding tub in your bedroom, which is very traditional and useful. The weird thing is that although there are two bathrooms, the one in your bedroom does not have a toilet, and you need to go all the way to the foyer to use it in the powder room, very inconvenient during the night time. Also, there is no desk in the suite, and I miss that during my stay. The club in Park MGM had a party going until 2 AM, and I could hear the beat and music. The soundproof is bad, and I guess it was remodeled from the old Monte Carlo, and the old one might not consider that at that time. I think I will stay at NoMad again because I just love the Old World feels. |

Thanks! I've stayed there 3 times with FHR. My husband and I did a rebook/consecutive reservation at Thanksgiving and then we did the day after New Years which is his birthday. We love this location. However, I do see that it's off FHR right now - hopefully this comes back! Breakfast (or late lunch) is at Primrose only. It's nice and lots of options. FYI, Coffee is $5 a person. F&B credit can be used anywhere on Park MGM/Nomad property but CrackShack. That was the only no. Also cannot combine it with your Primerose Breakfast (like if you added 4 other people) The F&B credit does include Eataly (which is really the only lunch option). It cannot be used for shelf items at Eatlaly though, so no taking a bottle of wine or dry pasta home using the credit. We highly recommend Best Friend for dinner and Nomad Restaurant. Bavette's is good, too, but we prefer the others. Also, you can use at Juniper and One the Record, too if you want to have some drinks, and can also be used with the comps from My Vegas Reward iOs/Andriod game or other comps. Upgrade. Palazzo
Stayed here for the first time in 5 years. Upgraded to a Select View 11th floor room - not really an upgrade. They recognised by birthday with a letter (!).
Food quality in the Grand Luc cafe was terrible - 4/10 Casino ambience was awful - 5/10 Room quality wasn’t luxe - scratchy sheets - 6/10 Service from the people we met - 7/10 i wouldn’t recommend Palazzo at all and don’t understand why it’s on the FHR list as I don’t think it’s Fine at all. |
Any recent data points on where the Bellagio breakfast voucher via FHR can still be used outside of breakfast times? There were some older posts in the prior thread, but nothing recent.

Does anyone have a recent report on the Bellagio breakfast amenity? Particularly I'm curious if it's valid at Sadelle's, and if so for how much? I assume so since Sadelle's replaced Cafe Bellagio, but not sure.

Any centurion card holders with recent stays at FHR properties in LV that got worthwhile FHR benefits? Everywhere seems to have the same basic FHR benefits as platinum. The cosmo is my goto hotel but the spa credit is worthless to me and i have zero interest in a buffet for breakfast.

Many of the properties allow you to use the breakfast benefit at places besides the buffet, though I don't know the details off the top of my head. Reviewing reports farther up the thread and in the previous years' version of this thread may be helpful. Keep in mind that in some cases there may be cheaper rates available direct from the properties (advance purchase rates or various packages / deals / member offers) than you can get through FHR as well, so the FHR rates are not always going to be the right option. |

Waldorf offers Centurion benefits beyond plat but that seems to be the only one. my last stay was at the cosmo under the Marriott luminous plan. $100 f&b but buffet breakfast. |
