It can be any amount. However, for some reason there's no $200 option, so a lot of folks split it up into smaller purchases (e.g., 2 x $100).

Worked for me past December. Not sure about now, but it should work.

Still no credit after purchase posted on 2/17. Seems like most DP's are seeing credit posting after 2 days. Wondering if I didn't wait long enough after changing my airlines on my gold card to make $100 purchase. Did anybody change airline to United and then immediately make TB purchase?

Did you make your Travel Bank purchase on 1/17 or 2/17? Travel Bank purchases from January 14 or 15 up until just a few days ago did not code as Special Ticket, but coded as Gift Certificate. If you made a 1/17 purchase and it says Gift Certificate, you will not get reimbursement from Amex.

Another Gold DP: Purchased $100 2/19, received credit today (dated as 2/21 though).

Made a test $100 purchase on my Vanilla Plat. Had made one mid January and didn't get credit. Will post back if I got the credit. I did not change airlines in the Rewards section of AMEX.

Any DP's for $200 purchases?

I changed one account to UA via chat a few days ago, and the agent advised that the change will be effective within 24-48 hrs. In the past, waiting overnight was usually enough for everything to update. There were also successful DP's from people who waited less than 1 hr, but I wouldn't recommend doing that.
