Point accrual Amex Gold UK vs Platinum
May I check with you, on my my UK Amex Plat I accrue Amex Reward points as soon as the transaction is posted to my account. My new Gold card does not show any points yet despite having a significant balance. Are the points collectec after settling the montly statement? Thank you.

Perhaps you are affected by this problem:
American Express are aware that rewards for eligible spend made since the 29th November are not reflecting on some accounts. We are working to apply any missing rewards as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience.
