no i enrolled, but its been stuck "in production" for 6 days, even though ship date was supposed to be 12/28. I never got automated email from Amex saying "you've used your offer", but I cannot recall if the Dell bene triggers that email, guess ill see if it ever gets out of "production".....

Nov 26 - Purchase $217.24 through dell.com with Rakuten (not www.dell.com/amex).
Nov 26 - 3000 Rakuten points for "Dell Technologies For Work" (pre tax purchase was 199.99).
Nov 27 - Charge of $217.24.
Nov 28 - Credit of $21.72 (for the Amex offer of 10% back on dell)
Nov 29 - Credit of $200.00
I bought an external USB-C SSD, MU-PA2T0B/AM.
Nov 26 - 3000 Rakuten points for "Dell Technologies For Work" (pre tax purchase was 199.99).
Nov 27 - Charge of $217.24.
Nov 28 - Credit of $21.72 (for the Amex offer of 10% back on dell)
Nov 29 - Credit of $200.00

December 31, 2021:Transaction date was changed to December 30, 2021, as it was posted in my account.
January 1, 2022: $200 credit from Dell was posted in my account but backdated to December 31, 2021.
I don't see anyone here mentioning that the dates are backdated one day earlier. Am I the only one that noticed that?

Does anyone knows what will happen to a purchase that triggers the credit thats returned/canceled is the credit clawed back and usable again, remains a credit or clawed back and gone? Bought Google Workspace but had issues activating it so ive requested to have it canceled (was also told that if I didn’t activate/transfer domain to it within 15 days they would cancel and issue refund) its sounds like if it goes route 2 that the credit from Amex would post well in advance of them issuing a refund so just curious as to what will happen.

I had the exact same problem (ordered 12/30, fulfilled 12/31, posted 1/1). Is there something you're looking at that tells you it's definitely using the 2022 credit? Seems the Dell one doesn't have a counter.

Amex uses the date the charges post (the date you can see in your statement). Ordered/ fulfilled/ date you saw the transaction online ... do not matter.
