Another data point for those looking to get this credit in prior to an upcoming AF. Purchased a Dell computer monitor on 2/8. AMEX 10% Off Offer credited on 2/9 and reimbursed the $100 Dell credit on 2/11. Total cost after credits was $16.90.

Good to know. I made a purchase that just 2/10. I got the 10% discount on 2/11, so hopefully that means the $100 credit will hit 2/13.

Just wanted to say thanks. I have Office360 and this will at least let me absorb $100/year of that cost.

I ordered one of these digital notepads: https://www.dell.com/en-us/work/shop...pc-accessories

Not worth the $130 retail price (it's $99 on Amazon) but definitely worth the $30 as something to keep by the office computer to scribble notes from conference calls.

Amex credit worked fine and took a few days to post.

Ugh....if you planned on buying a $100 Microsoft gift card hold off on doing so for a bit. I placed an order yesterday for one & got a cancellation email. Spoke with Dell customer service & they said (whatever this means) they had over ordered from Microsoft & while the system accepts it, all orders will be cancelled by the supplier until their supply is replenished.

Anyone know if Amex will ‘reset’ the dell credit as I’m assuming my purchase will trigger the benefit & then the credit will he clawed back since the order was cancelled

Hmmm, does Business Plat offer price protection by chance?

They have a bunch of Belkin USB A & USB C cables. Decent quality; about $12-$15 each; roughly the same price as Amazon.

For my first $100 I loaded up on those.

Found an SSD I want for $217 on Amazon vs $250 on Dell. Will look into asking for a price match. I already have 1 but to be honest can never really have too much SSD portable storage

Can anyone recommend the best monitor to get without going too far over the $100? Just looking to use it for work, no gaming or anything. Figured you guys might know better than I would - not a huge tech guy.

It would not be Dell. I'm inclined to think that the best use of this benefit is on non-Dell branded items that are sold by Dell (and those do not include monitors).

Can't afford to carry both Amex and CSR. Thinking of canceling Amex BP. I think I have 30 days to cancel and get fee refunded. Can I order Dell to get the $100 credit and then cancel? How long does it take to get the credit posted? Had this card for 7 years - don't want to let it go but too much to pay for 2 cards even after all the benfits.

Bought Nintendo switch on 4/3 for $318 including taxes. Got the $31.80 10% offer posted in a couple of days but don't see the $100 credit yet. Hope the item qualifies. And hope they don't wait until the new $595 fees is paid. I'm still debating between CSR and this.
