Well, I have just received a credit of $200 for one purchase I made on Dell. I didn't utilize this in the first half of this year. Hope the same credit is available next year.

I just used my $200 dell credit on an item I intend to return as the item I really want won’t be back in stock until January and the placeholder item was charged today and will be delivered next week. What’s the best way of going about the exchange so Amex won’t claw back the $200 December credit and/or apply the new purchase to my 2021 credit?
Any advice much appreciated!

I should think so. According to dell.com/amex -- "More value from Dell in 2020: Get up to $100 in additional statement credits from May 1 through June 30, 2020 and up to $100 in additional statement credits between July 1 and December 31, 2020 on new U.S. purchases with Dell." It doesn't distinguish between new and older accounts.
I'll probably be testing this within the next week.

Dell Refurbished
Hello, I am new to Biz Plat. Are purchases from www.dellrefurbished.com reimbursed for Dell credit? They come across as charges from DELL FINANCIAL SVCS. (I’ve had Amex offers for $30 or 10% apply to prior purchases on my Amex Blue Biz card)
Thanks!
Thanks!

Another $200 Dell credit burned. I have a WFH allowance from my new company to purchase stuff I need, so ordered another monitor and a wireless/mouse keyboard combo. Since it'll be a different brand from the Logitech set I have for my personal computer I'll actually be able to tell them apart!
Their price match is odd in that they denied my request for one model of monitor vs Best Buy, but approved a lower price at Walmart for a different - but essentially the same monitor. I'm no technogeek, I couldn't tell you the difference between the two other than the model number.
Both items set to be delivered via expedited delivery in a week or so. Crazy how some of the cheaper monitors aren't due to be delivered into Jan/Feb! The demand has been crazy this year.

Anyone know if Dell gift cards are able to be used? Seems like mixed info on old posts? I ordered an item a week ago and just got an email that it is delayed until Dec 28 at least, which means it likely won't get shipped and with the charge posted in time for the credit to apply..
