This is the reason they're offering you card number now once approved so you can order things online.

BTW, was NK one of the designated airlines in the past?

Award wallet phone app

I use the award wallet phone app. If you link your amex card, it tells you the exact number of days until your dining credit expires. Also keeps track of your points.

It still does not earn category bonus.

Pretty sure it goes by the MCC the merchant uses. Who knows what the merchant uses. Since Visa pays 2x as it should be, but AMEX only earns 1x, so AMEX must be using a different criteria to determine what grocery spends would be. What I lose is the additional 2x under the new Gold card earnings. I dont even know if I would keep the PRG turned Gold when my first year fee waived is up next May. If AMEX would prefer to give me targeted offer every 18 to 36 months on the same card, I am all for it. 50K sign up bonus at $2K spend beats any 4x any day!

confirmed my favorite meat store is not considered supermarket. it's coded as Groceries though.. but the description of Freezer/Locker throws off the point system.

Requested my rose gold card on 10/15. I'd love it if it came today, but if Amex is still swamped, I guess I should not expect it.

I like to continue to use my old gold plastic. It is not that flashy. Rose gold card is mainly for ladies. IMO.

I assumed they'd still have a wait. I ordered the gold metal replacement on 10/4, shipped on 10/8 and got it on 10/11. Later, I went for the rose gold mainly because it's limited edition and won't be available in a few months. There's no expected delivery date on my account and I am unsure I'll even get a shipment notification. I was an existing card holder before these upgrades.

Which color? Do you have an expected delivery date on your account?

the Amex site now shows 50k MR after $2k spend offer.. I guess all the referral links floating around isn’t as exclusive now. Is anyone else seeing the offer? I am on mobile, not private.

Most of my workday lunches are at food trucks that all use Square. None of those transactions are triggering the 4x based on the activity history, while places like subway and chipotle are coding fine.

I am just waiting for the first statement at the end of the month to confirm. If it doesn't trigger, then I will be moving my dining spend to the Citi Prestige once the 5x goes into effect to see if the bonus credits properly.
