$100 off Vincero watches. Brings the price of a mediocre watch from $149-$229 to $49-$129 from what I can tell from the reviews.
Edit: Mrs. HighOPS found a bracelet for under $100

$100 GC to Anatomie...”Luxury Travel Clothing”. Will let my wife pick something out. Nothing either of us are all that interested in but appreciate it nonetheless.
Last year was a gift card for a free Zeel massage; that was certainly a nice option.

Just received a $100 Vincero watch gift. I don't normally wear cheap watches, but I'll give it a try.
I signed up for 20% off via text subscription. Which brought the price of "The Chrono S" link to Chrono S to $135, and then I used the $100 gift card.
No shipping fees, and $2 tax, so I'll roll the dice for a $37 watch that appears to have good reviews.
Stopped the text subscription by simply replying "stop"
I am guessing I was targeted due to my numerous purchases on my amex to online watch companies.

The appreciation "gifts" discussed in this thread are marketing discounts provided by merchants. I like to think that a Golden Anniversary token would be provided by American Express itself.

A family member got the same offer. No review yet, but they sure take their sweet time to fill an order.
Last year we got a $175 discount from some leather maker. I forgot the name as we didn't use that discount -- everything was either marked "sold out" or way overpriced.
