AMEX Platinum Global Entry Fee for kids?
My husband has an Amex Plat and I am an authorized user, so I understand that I will get reimbursement for my global reentry fee, but being as I can't leave the 9yr old and 13 yr old behind, is there any loophole to get their fees paid? Is there any other card that would allow this?

1) Make each of them AU (plat or gold level) and their fees will be reimbursed if charged to those cards. Also help out their future credit assuming you keep the card forever :-)
2) Grab some of the 5K AU bonsuses (gold/free) for yourself and charge their global entry fees to those cards. That assumes Amex sends them. Sometimes they don't, but usually they do.

However, note that Amex will not reimburse for NEXUS membership, even though it's cheaper than Global Entry.

Alternately there are plenty of other travel cards that reimburse for Global Entry fees - nobody checks the name on the application against the name on the card, so it may be worth checking if you have any other cards with this benefit.

As someone who travels to Canada often, NEXUS is the best option and I am happy to spend $50 of my own money for the privileges. You get GE/Pre-Check and expedited entry into Canada, as well as the ability to use NEXUS lines domestically in Canada. On my last trip, while flying YYC>YYZ, I walked past > 200 people waiting for security, while the domestic NEXUS line was empty.
