MR (USA) to Virgin America (VX) ended 10.31.2017
Virgin America is not currently appearing as a transfer partner. They were listed earlier in the week. Often a partner disappears briefly just after a transfer bonus ends, or due to a technical problem.
I do expect this partnership to end, owing to the merger with Alaska Airlines, but American Express (USA) has never removed a transfer partner without notice. Did I overlook a notice?

This was announced back in June. The last day for American Express Membership Rewards transfers to Virgin America was set for October 31.
